The JobBOSS ACH Utility comes with unlimited usage for each distinct JobBOSS account, so you can use it on as many devices as you want. Because this product doesn't take up any of your JobBOSS licenses, you don't have to worry about whether you have enough seats for everyone!

The JobBOSS ACH Utility allows you to configure multiple bank integrations, each with its own set of unique requirements.

The JobBOSS ACH Utility includes a built in email approval process. Users can create Payment or ACH Batches and send them off for manager approval - all from within the app!

The JobBOSS ACH Utility formats and creates Vendor Remittance emails. You have full control over the content of your vendor emails, so you can tailor them to include things like invoice numbers and issued checks. This way, they will have all the information they need to record the payments you’ve made. This feature works with both local and hosted Email servers, as well as commercial email services like SMTP2Go.
